Because this method has the advantages of high joint strength, no noise, no vibration, simple operation, and short joint time, it is widely used. However, from a practical point of view, it is difficult to master the process conditions, and the quality of the adhesive has a great impact on the joint, so it is not very stable. In addition, the cold bonding conveyor belt is not suitable for humid and temperature-required materials.

3. Hot vulcanized joint, the conveyor belt interface of the hot vulcanized joint is completely closed and not easily soaked by water. The process of belt vulcanization joint is generally to place the lower frame of the vulcanizer on the belt frame, align the two ends, and then put the water pressure plate, small insulation board, and lower insulation board in turn.
